PRESS RELEASE: PLANS REVEALED FOR “IMPACT SPACE” AT FORMER ITT TECH BUILDING
30,000 sq ft zone dedicated to amplifying impact of social entrepreneurs, enterprises and nonprofits.
(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) – October 16, 2018 – The entire second story of the former ITT Tech campus located near 465 and Michigan Rd is on track to be converted into a 30,000 sq ft impact engine for social, faith and impact driven entrepreneurs, enterprises and nonprofits.
“The space will be a launchpad for great ideas, but more importantly a resource center for acceleration and growth for both startups and existing operations alike,” says Multiply Resources founder Craig Dereka. “We are taking everything one needs to launch and grow an impact focused business or organization successfully and putting it under one roof”.
The space will include co-working areas, reserved desks, micro-offices and leasable office suites. Also included will be conference rooms, coffee shop and even film and recording studios where one can create content. Resources embedded in the hub could include creative services, legal counsel, financial services, coaching and acceleration programs.
“Things are happening fast,” says Dereka. “There’s an amazing energy that is going to fill this space. This is going to revolutionize the way impact is implemented and measured. The space will be filled with the greatest thinkers, innovators, strategists, investors and hearts that desire to see lives changed in our community, state, country and world”.
More information, building name and details will be released at The Multiply Conference, this Nov 8. More information about the conference is available at www.multiply2018.com.
